by Jack T. Hammer, HSI Management, a wholly owned subsidiary
of Housing Systems, Incorporated, has a proven track record
of managing diverse product types through all real estate cycles.
The availability of capital and acquisitions of properties in
emerging markets ensured our initial success in managing our
own real estate. Over the years, prudent business practices
provided the solid foundation for positioning HSI as an emerging
